Kitchens, baths, flooring, paint, and trim, with every trade, delivery, and inspection running through one point of contact.
About / Value Proposition
A whole-home remodel can involve a long list of trades, deliveries, and inspections, and the hard part is keeping them in step. We run all of it through a single point of contact, so you're never chasing a plumber about the tile or a supplier about the flooring. Material lead times go into the written schedule for each phase from the start. From a dense in-town home near City Springs to a wooded lot in Riverside, Sandy Springs homeowners get one person who knows where the whole project stands.
Our whole-home remodeling includes a 5-year workmanship warranty.

Yes. Sandy Springs is one of our regular service areas, and we schedule whole-home remodeling year-round. Sandy Springs mixes dense in-town homes with wooded riverside lots. Both get heavy spring pollen and humid summers, so we plan exterior work for the drier late-spring-to-fall window.
Work that moves plumbing or electrical usually does. Changing finishes within the existing layout usually doesn't. Residential work is permitted through the City of Sandy Springs. We pull the permits as part of the job.
Yes. We cover all of Sandy Springs and the surrounding Fulton County, including City Springs, Riverside, Sandy Springs Heights, High Point, in ZIP codes 30328, 30342, 30350, 30319. Send us your address and we'll confirm the schedule for your area.
It depends on which rooms you change and how deep each change goes. Moving walls or plumbing costs more than refreshing finishes. The estimate is free, written, and itemized room by room, so you can phase or trim it to fit the budget.
With a walkthrough of the whole house and your list of what you want to change. We turn that into one written plan, so the work happens in a sensible order: floors before trim, trim before paint.
Often, if we work in phases. Some stretches, like when the kitchen is out of service or the floors are replaced throughout, are easier to spend away from home, and we tell you which ones at the planning stage.
Yes. Planning the whole house first and building it in phases avoids tearing out finished work later, and lets you spread the cost over time.
Section / About
For more than ten years we've specialized in whole-home remodels for Sandy Springs homeowners, each one run by a single point of contact. Kitchens, baths, flooring, trim, and paint are coordinated as one project, with every trade, delivery, and inspection reporting back to the same person.
When the homeowner is left to coordinate separate contractors, work falls between the trades. We manage every handoff ourselves and pull the permits a remodel needs through the City of Sandy Springs.
