The size of the room, the ceiling height, how many surfaces change color, and how much patching the walls need set the price. The estimate is free, written, and itemized, so you see exactly what the room costs before anything starts.
Yes. A single bedroom, a nursery, a home office, or one accent wall is a normal job for us. The estimate covers only the room you want done, with nothing bundled on top.
Walls, ceiling, trim, doors, and closet interiors can each be included or left out. They are separate lines in the estimate, so you decide what gets painted.
No. We move furniture to the middle of the room, cover it and the floor, and put everything back when we are done. Just clear small valuables and breakables.
A big color change, like going light over a dark or saturated color, usually needs a primer or an extra coat. We look at the wall during the estimate and include it then, not halfway through the job.
Low-VOC paint keeps the smell down, and we clean up before we leave. Walls are dry to the touch within hours, but fresh paint stays soft for a while, so give it time before hanging pictures or pushing furniture back against the walls.
We walk the room with you before we call it done and fix anything on the punch list. The work is backed by a 5-year workmanship warranty, and we are fully insured.
