See exactly what one room costs before anything starts, with a free estimate that's written and itemized.
About / Value Proposition
Four things set the price of a painted room in Sandy Springs: how big it is, how high the ceiling goes, how many surfaces change color, and how much patching the walls need. A compact bedroom in an in-town home near City Springs and a living room on a wooded Riverside lot can land in very different places, so we measure and look closely before we quote. The estimate is free, written and itemized, with walls, ceiling, trim and doors on separate lines, so you see exactly what the room costs.
Our room painting comes with a 5-year workmanship warranty.

How we work
How a Sandy Springs room goes from a number on paper to a finished space.
We measure the room, check the ceiling height and look for patching, then write an itemized quote you can read line by line.
We fill and sand the patches we priced, protect the floor and furniture, and paint the surfaces you chose in low-VOC paint.
We clean up, walk the room with you, and fix anything on the punch list before the job is done.
Brands We Trust
We work with industry-leading paints and materials for a durable, high-quality finish.
“The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.”

Yes. Sandy Springs is one of our regular service areas, and we schedule room painting year-round. Sandy Springs mixes dense in-town homes with wooded riverside lots. Both get heavy spring pollen and humid summers, so we plan exterior work for the drier late-spring-to-fall window.
Residential work is permitted through the City of Sandy Springs. Room Painting projects rarely need a permit on their own, but we confirm before scheduling so nothing stalls mid-job.
Yes. We cover all of Sandy Springs and the surrounding Fulton County, including City Springs, Riverside, Sandy Springs Heights, High Point, in ZIP codes 30328, 30342, 30350, 30319. Send us your address and we'll confirm the schedule for your area.
The size of the room, the ceiling height, how many surfaces change color, and how much patching the walls need set the price. The estimate is free, written, and itemized, so you see exactly what the room costs before anything starts.
Yes. A single bedroom, a nursery, a home office, or one accent wall is a normal job for us. The estimate covers only the room you want done, with nothing bundled on top.
Walls, ceiling, trim, doors, and closet interiors can each be included or left out. They are separate lines in the estimate, so you decide what gets painted.
No. We move furniture to the middle of the room, cover it and the floor, and put everything back when we are done. Just clear small valuables and breakables.
Section / About
Sandy Springs homeowners have worked with us for more than ten years, and our specialty is pricing a single room honestly. We measure it, check the ceiling and the walls, and put walls, ceiling, trim and doors on separate lines so nothing you didn't ask for gets folded in.
A quote that leaves out the patching or the primer only looks cheaper until those costs show up halfway through. We put them on paper at the estimate and paint your Sandy Springs room exactly as quoted.
