Frequently Asked Questions
Get answers to the most common questions
Do you work on homes across Marietta?
Yes. Marietta is one of our regular service areas, and we schedule interior painting year-round. Marietta's humid-subtropical summers and heavy spring pollen mean exterior repaints do best from late spring through fall, after the oak-and-pine pollen settles. We use mildew-resistant coatings to handle the humidity.
Who permits residential work in Marietta?
Residential work inside the city is permitted through the City of Marietta; unincorporated areas fall under Cobb County. Interior Painting projects rarely need a permit on their own, but we confirm before scheduling so nothing stalls mid-job.
Do you serve my neighborhood in Marietta?
Yes. We cover all of Marietta and the surrounding Cobb County, including Marietta Square, East Cobb, West Side, Whitlock Heights, in ZIP codes 30060, 30062, 30064, 30066, 30067, 30068. Send us your address and we'll confirm the schedule for your area.
How much does interior painting cost?
Square footage, ceiling height, the number of colors, and how much wall repair the room needs are what move the price. Our calculator gives you an instant ballpark, and the written estimate that follows is free and itemized, so you see every line before anything starts.
How long does interior painting take?
Most single rooms are done in a day; a full home interior typically runs 3–6 days depending on square footage, prep, and the number of colors.
Do I need to move my furniture?
No. We move and cover furniture, protect floors, and put everything back. We just ask that you clear small valuables and breakables.
Can we keep living in the house while you paint?
Yes. We work room by room with premium low-VOC paints, mask and protect as we go, and clean up at the end of each day so the rest of the house stays usable.
