A bathroom in your Alpharetta home that's waterproofed, vented right, and built to last.
About / Value Proposition
A bathroom remodel is only as good as what's behind the tile. We manage the full project, including tile, vanities, fixtures, lighting, waterproofing, and paint, and we pay real attention to moisture control. From Avalon condos to Downtown townhomes and Windward two-stories, every Alpharetta bathroom has to get through humid Georgia summers, so proper waterproofing and a correctly sized exhaust fan aren't optional. They're what keep the finish you chose mold-free for years.
Our remodeling work comes with a 5-year workmanship warranty.

How we work
A managed remodel of your Alpharetta bathroom, from waterproofing to the final walkthrough.
We look at your bathroom, talk tile, fixtures, and layout, and write up a clear plan and quote.
We pull permits through the City of Alpharetta, waterproof behind the tile, size the exhaust fan, and coordinate every trade.
We walk the finished bathroom with you, handle the punch list, and leave the site clean.
Brands We Trust
We work with industry-leading paints and materials for a durable, high-quality finish.
“The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.”

It was a lot of rooms to work on and they finished it all in one day! I read in another review that he has got very competitive prices and they gave us the best quote out of all other companies, too. Yes. Alpharetta is one of our regular service areas, and we schedule bathroom remodeling year-round. Many Alpharetta communities have active HOAs with approved exterior color palettes. We match the spec and handle the approvals. Humid summers and spring pollen make late spring through fall the best time for exterior painting.
Work that moves plumbing or electrical usually does. Changing finishes within the existing layout usually doesn't. Residential work is permitted through the City of Alpharetta, and HOA approval is often required before exterior color changes. We pull the permits as part of the job.
Yes. We cover all of Alpharetta and the surrounding Fulton County, including Downtown Alpharetta, Avalon, Windward, Crabapple, in ZIP codes 30004, 30005, 30009, 30022. Send us your address and we'll confirm the schedule for your area.
Tile area, fixtures, and whether the plumbing stays put are what move the number. Keeping the existing layout is the single biggest saving. The estimate is free, written, and itemized, so you can weigh choices against each other before you commit.
A standard bathroom remodel typically runs 2–4 weeks depending on tile work, fixtures, and any plumbing relocation.
Yes. Proper waterproofing and a correctly sized exhaust fan are part of the build, and they protect the new finishes from mildew and peeling.
We plan around it. The rough-in and tile days are when the room is actually out of service, so we sequence the work to keep that window as short as possible and tell you up front which days to arrange for.
Section / About
We've served Alpharetta homeowners for more than ten years, and we specialize in bathroom remodels that hold up to moisture: proper waterproofing, a correctly sized exhaust fan, and tile that's set to last.
Our work is permitted through the City of Alpharetta. Our summers run humid, so we seal and vent the room properly to keep the finish you choose clean and dry for years.
