On a historic home, a siding repair should be invisible. We match the original profile and the way it was laid.
About / Value Proposition
If your home in Historic Roswell has an older siding profile, finding a match takes more than a trip to the lumber yard, and a mismatched board stands out to anyone walking down the street. We take a piece of the existing siding to match its profile and exposure, replace only the damaged boards, and prime and paint them to blend with the wall. Properties in the historic district may need design review for exterior changes, so we confirm with the City of Roswell before the work starts.
Our siding repair comes with a 5-year workmanship warranty.

How we work
How we repair siding on a Roswell home so the house still looks like itself.
We look at the damage, take a sample of the existing profile, and give you a written quote with the matching options.
For historic-district homes, we confirm the work with the city, then replace the damaged boards with matched ones.
New boards are primed and painted to blend in, and we walk the wall with you.
Brands We Trust
We work with industry-leading paints and materials for a durable, high-quality finish.
“The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.”

It was a lot of rooms to work on and they finished it all in one day! I read in another review that he has got very competitive prices and they gave us the best quote out of all other companies, too. The best time to paint outside in Roswell is late spring through fall, once the spring pollen settles. For homes in the historic district, we confirm with the city before exterior work starts.
Residential work is permitted through the City of Roswell. Properties in the historic district may need design review for exterior changes. Siding Repair projects rarely need a permit on their own, but we confirm before scheduling so nothing stalls mid-job.
Yes. We cover all of Roswell and the surrounding Fulton County, including Historic Roswell, Canton Street, Martins Landing, Willeo, in ZIP codes 30075, 30076, 30077. Send us your address and we'll confirm the schedule for your area.
The siding material, how many boards are damaged, what caused the damage, and whether the repair has to be painted to match set the price. The estimate is free and itemized, so every repair is its own line.
Wood lap and panel siding, fiber cement such as James Hardie, vinyl, and engineered wood such as LP SmartSide. Each one is repaired with matching material and the fasteners and sealant made for it.
Usually. We match the profile, the exposure (how much of each board shows), and the texture, then prime and paint painted siding to blend in. If a profile is no longer made, we show you the closest options before ordering.
When the damage is limited to some boards, replacing those boards is the repair. When it is spread across whole walls, keeps showing up in new places, or water has reached the wall behind it, replacement starts to make more sense. We tell you which one you are looking at.
Section / About
We've served Roswell homeowners for more than ten years, near the Historic Roswell Mill and out to Martins Landing. On older homes, our goal with siding is simple: nobody should be able to point out the repair.
Patching a historic wall with whatever siding is on the shelf saves a week and changes how the house looks from the street. We match the original profile, keep as much of the old siding as can be saved, and clear historic-district work with the City of Roswell first.
