Turn the basement into a real bedroom, with an egress window planned in from the start.
About / Value Proposition
A bedroom below grade needs a safe emergency exit, usually an egress window sized to code. That window also changes the outside of the house, and here that can matter: properties in the historic district may need design review for exterior changes, so for a home in Historic Roswell near Canton Street, we confirm with the city before any exterior work starts. In Martins Landing or Willeo, the egress is still drawn in from day one, alongside the framing, the wiring, and the city permit.
Our basement remodeling comes with a 5-year workmanship warranty.

How we work
In Roswell, a basement bedroom gets planned from the outside in, starting with how someone would get out.
We look at where an egress window could go, check whether your home sits in the historic district, and give you a clear written quote.
With the city's approvals in place, the code-sized exit goes in, then framing, wiring, and insulation follow, inspected as they go.
Drywall, flooring, lighting, and paint complete the room, and we walk every corner of it with you.
Brands We Trust
We work with industry-leading paints and materials for a durable, high-quality finish.
“The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.”

It was a lot of rooms to work on and they finished it all in one day! I read in another review that he has got very competitive prices and they gave us the best quote out of all other companies, too. We are so glad we met Sergio and his team because they do all kinds of other jobs [...]”

Square footage, whether a bathroom or wet bar is added, ceiling height, and how much moisture work comes first decide it. The estimate is free, written, and itemized, so you can weigh each option against its cost.
That is the first thing we look at. Any sign of water has to be solved before a wall goes up, and the wall and floor materials are chosen to tolerate below-grade conditions. Finishing over a damp basement only hides the problem.
Usually, yes. It comes down to how the drain reaches the sewer line: some basements drain by gravity, and others need a pump system. We assess it during the estimate.
Only with a safe emergency exit, usually an egress window sized to code. If you want the room to count as a bedroom, we plan the egress in from the start.
Section / About
We've worked with Roswell homeowners for more than ten years, and we specialize in basement bedrooms that actually qualify as bedrooms. That means an egress window sized to code, framing and wiring that are permitted and inspected, and finishes that tie the room to the rest of the house.
Calling a windowless basement room a bedroom leaves a family without a safe way out. We plan the egress in from the start and confirm any exterior change with the city before work begins in Roswell.
