Rotted siding and trim replaced, then painted to your community's approved color spec so the repair blends right in.
About / Value Proposition
Many Alpharetta communities have active HOAs with approved exterior color palettes, so a repair has to match the house as well as hold up. For soft siding in Windward or a fascia board in Crabapple, we cut out the rotted wood, install new boards matched to the existing profile and primed on all sides, then paint to the approved spec so the repair blends in. If a color does need to change, we handle the HOA approval before a brush comes out.
Our wood rot repair comes with a 5-year workmanship warranty.

How we work
An Alpharetta rot repair isn't finished until it matches the house in profile, paint, and HOA spec.
We mark every soft board, note your approved color, and give you an itemized quote with each repair as its own line.
Rotted wood comes out, and new boards matched to your trim or siding profile go in primed on all sides.
We seal the joints, paint to your community's approved color, clean up daily, and walk the work with you.
Brands We Trust
We work with industry-leading paints and materials for a durable, high-quality finish.
“The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.”

It was a lot of rooms to work on and they finished it all in one day! I read in another review that he has got very competitive prices and they gave us the best quote out of all other companies, too. We are so glad we met Sergio and his team because they do all kinds of other jobs [...]”

Many Alpharetta communities have active HOAs with approved exterior color palettes. We match the spec and handle the approvals. Humid summers and spring pollen make late spring through fall the best time for exterior painting.
Residential work is permitted through the City of Alpharetta, and HOA approval is often required before exterior color changes. Wood Rot Repair projects rarely need a permit on their own, but we confirm before scheduling so nothing stalls mid-job.
Yes. We cover all of Alpharetta and the surrounding Fulton County, including Downtown Alpharetta, Avalon, Windward, Crabapple, in ZIP codes 30004, 30005, 30009, 30022. Send us your address and we'll confirm the schedule for your area.
Wood that feels soft or spongy, crumbles, or lets a screwdriver sink in is rotted. Peeling paint, dark stains, and gaps around windows and doors are the early signs.
How much wood is affected, where it is, and whether it can be rebuilt or has to be replaced set the price. The estimate is free and itemized, so each repair is its own line.
Small areas of rot can be cut out and rebuilt with a wood epoxy; larger sections are replaced with new wood. We use whichever will hold up in that spot.
Moisture that doesn't dry out, from humidity, clogged or missing gutters, failed caulk, and paint that has peeled away from bare wood.
Section / About
We've served Alpharetta homeowners for more than ten years and specialize in wood rot repair for siding, fascia, soffits, and trim. We remove or rebuild the rotted wood, prime new boards on all sides, and paint every repair to match the color your HOA approved.
Touching up a repair in a close-enough color leaves a patch the whole street can spot. We paint to the approved spec, seal every joint, and walk the finished work with you, so nothing on your Alpharetta home gives the repair away.
