See what every room costs, line by line, before you commit. Then phase it or trim it to fit your budget.
About / Value Proposition
The price of a whole-home remodel comes down to which rooms you change and how deep each change goes. Refreshing finishes costs less than moving walls or plumbing. That's why the estimate we write for Alpharetta homeowners is itemized room by room. You see exactly where the money goes, from the kitchen to the last bedroom, and you can phase the plan or trim it to fit your budget. In Crabapple, Windward, or close to Avalon, nothing is bundled into a single number you can't take apart.
Our whole-home remodeling comes with a 5-year workmanship warranty.

How we work
Every Alpharetta remodel starts with a number you can take apart, and a plan built around the parts you keep.
We walk the house with your wish list and return a clear, written estimate priced room by room.
You keep, cut, or postpone rooms until the plan fits, and we set the schedule for each phase around what stays.
One point of contact runs every trade, handles HOA approval if exterior colors change, and closes with a final walkthrough.
Brands We Trust
We work with industry-leading paints and materials for a durable, high-quality finish.
“The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.”

“They came highly recommended by friends. They did an outstanding quality of a painting job for us! Super-neat, accurate and professional. It was a lot of rooms to work on and they finished it all in one day! I read in another review that he has got very competitive prices and they gave us the best quote out of all other companies, too. We are so glad we met Sergio and his team because they do all kinds of other jobs [...]”

Yes. Alpharetta is one of our regular service areas, and we schedule whole-home remodeling year-round. Many Alpharetta communities have active HOAs with approved exterior color palettes. We match the spec and handle the approvals. Humid summers and spring pollen make late spring through fall the best time for exterior painting.
Work that moves plumbing or electrical usually does. Changing finishes within the existing layout usually doesn't. Residential work is permitted through the City of Alpharetta, and HOA approval is often required before exterior color changes. We pull the permits as part of the job.
Yes. We cover all of Alpharetta and the surrounding Fulton County, including Downtown Alpharetta, Avalon, Windward, Crabapple, in ZIP codes 30004, 30005, 30009, 30022. Send us your address and we'll confirm the schedule for your area.
It depends on which rooms you change and how deep each change goes. Moving walls or plumbing costs more than refreshing finishes. The estimate is free, written, and itemized room by room, so you can phase or trim it to fit the budget.
With a walkthrough of the whole house and your list of what you want to change. We turn that into one written plan, so the work happens in a sensible order: floors before trim, trim before paint.
Often, if we work in phases. Some stretches, like when the kitchen is out of service or the floors are replaced throughout, are easier to spend away from home, and we tell you which ones at the planning stage.
Yes. Planning the whole house first and building it in phases avoids tearing out finished work later, and lets you spread the cost over time.
Section / About
For more than ten years we've served Alpharetta homeowners, specializing in whole-home remodels priced the way they're built: room by room, with each change scoped by how deep it goes. That way you can see the cost of a new kitchen apart from the cost of fresh paint and trim.
A single lump-sum quote hides where the money goes and turns trimming the scope into guesswork. Ours is written and itemized, so you decide what to phase, what to cut, and what your Alpharetta home gets first.
