Water damage comes with paperwork. We document the damage and write the itemized estimate your insurance claim needs.
About / Value Proposition
After a leak, the insurance claim can feel like a second job. In Windward, Crabapple, Downtown Alpharetta, and the rest of the city, we start by photographing the damage before anything is removed, then write an itemized estimate that lists each repair on its own line, and we'll talk with the adjuster if you want us to. The work covers the whole job: extracting water, drying, removing mold, and rebuilding drywall, ceilings, trim, and floors. What your policy covers is between you and your insurer, and we make sure the paperwork shows the full picture.
Our water damage repair comes with a 5-year workmanship warranty.

It was a lot of rooms to work on and they finished it all in one day! I read in another review that he has got very competitive prices and they gave us the best quote out of all other companies, too. We are so glad we met Sergio and his team because they do all kinds of other jobs [...]”

Yes. Alpharetta is one of our regular service areas, and we schedule water damage repair year-round. Many Alpharetta communities have active HOAs with approved exterior color palettes. We match the spec and handle the approvals. Humid summers and spring pollen make late spring through fall the best time for exterior painting.
Residential work is permitted through the City of Alpharetta, and HOA approval is often required before exterior color changes. Water Damage Repair projects rarely need a permit on their own, but we confirm before scheduling so nothing stalls mid-job.
Yes. We cover all of Alpharetta and the surrounding Fulton County, including Downtown Alpharetta, Avalon, Windward, Crabapple, in ZIP codes 30004, 30005, 30009, 30022. Send us your address and we'll confirm the schedule for your area.
How far the water spread, what got wet, whether drying or mold removal comes first, and the finishes being replaced set the price. The estimate is free and itemized, which also helps when you file an insurance claim.
Both. We extract standing water, dry the area with dehumidifiers and fans, and check moisture levels until everything is dry. Then we rebuild what was damaged.
Yes. We photograph the damage, write an itemized estimate you can send with the claim, and talk with the adjuster if you want us to. What your policy covers is between you and your insurer.
Mold grows wherever materials stay wet. We remove the affected drywall, insulation, or flooring, treat the area, and make sure the source of the water is fixed before anything is rebuilt, so the mold doesn't come back.
Section / About
We've worked on Alpharetta homes for more than ten years, and with water damage, the estimate matters almost as much as the repair. A clear, itemized one makes the conversation with your insurer simpler.
Tearing out wet drywall before anyone takes a photo can leave you arguing about damage nobody can see anymore. We document first, then dry and rebuild, so your Alpharetta claim and your repair both stay on track.
