Street-facing fences in Alpharetta often follow the HOA's color list. We match it and handle the approval with you.
About / Value Proposition
In Windward, Crabapple, and other Alpharetta communities with an active HOA, the fence that faces the street often has to follow the approved palette, and sometimes the side facing the neighbor does too. We confirm the approved stain colors before the work is scheduled and help with the paperwork if you're changing the color. Then we wash the fence, let it dry, protect the landscaping, and stain it in the late-spring-through-fall window, when humidity and pollen allow a proper cure.
Our fence staining comes with a 5-year workmanship warranty.

How we work
An HOA-ready fence staining process for Alpharetta homes.
We measure the fence, confirm your HOA's approved colors, and hand you an itemized quote.
If the color changes, we help with the approval, then wash the fence and let it dry.
The approved stain goes on the faces we quoted, and we walk the fence line with you.

Many Alpharetta communities have active HOAs with approved exterior color palettes. We match the spec and handle the approvals. Humid summers and spring pollen make late spring through fall the best time for exterior painting.
Residential work is permitted through the City of Alpharetta, and HOA approval is often required before exterior color changes. Fence Staining projects rarely need a permit on their own, but we confirm before scheduling so nothing stalls mid-job.
Yes. We cover all of Alpharetta and the surrounding Fulton County, including Downtown Alpharetta, Avalon, Windward, Crabapple, in ZIP codes 30004, 30005, 30009, 30022. Send us your address and we'll confirm the schedule for your area.
The length and height of the fence, one side or both, the condition of the boards, and how much cleaning they need set the price. The estimate is free and itemized, with any board repairs on their own lines.
We can, and staining both sides is what protects the whole fence. If the other side faces a neighbor's yard, we work out access with you before the day of the job.
Yes, once it is cleaned. The gray is a layer of weathered wood fibers and mildew, and stain laid over it peels and fades early. We wash the fence back to sound wood and let it dry before staining.
Semi-transparent lets the grain show and wears by slowly fading, which makes the next coat easy. Solid hides mismatched or replaced boards and holds its color longer, but it builds a film that needs prep like paint later on. We help you choose by the condition of the wood.
Section / About
We've worked on Alpharetta homes for more than ten years, and many fence projects here begin with the HOA's color list. We bring that list into the estimate, so the fence comes out right the first time.
Picking a stain off the shelf and hoping it's close enough can mean doing the fence twice. We match the approved spec, keep the stain off your landscaping and your neighbor's, and finish your Alpharetta fence so it passes the next community walk-through.
