Getting ready to sell or rent? We patch the TV mounts, shelf anchors and picture holes before the photos are taken.
About / Value Proposition
Taking down a TV mount or a row of shelves leaves anchor holes, torn paper, and sometimes a bigger hole where an anchor pulled out. In Windward, near Avalon, and across Alpharetta, we patch every one of them, fix the dents and dings that come with years of living in a house, and repaint so the walls look clean in listing photos and at the walk-through. If you're moving out of a rental, we plan the work around your move-out date.
Our drywall repair comes with a 5-year workmanship warranty.

How we work
How we get the walls in an Alpharetta home ready to sell or hand back.
We walk the house, mark every hole and dent, and give you an itemized quote with the paint included.
Anchor holes are filled, torn paper is sealed, and larger holes get new drywall set in.
Patches are primed, the walls painted, and we walk the house with you before your listing or move-out.
Brands We Trust
We work with industry-leading paints and materials for a durable, high-quality finish.
“The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.”

It was a lot of rooms to work on and they finished it all in one day! I read in another review that he has got very competitive prices and they gave us the best quote out of all other companies, too. We are so glad we met Sergio and his team because they do all kinds of other jobs [...]”

Yes. Alpharetta is one of our regular service areas, and we schedule drywall repair year-round. Many Alpharetta communities have active HOAs with approved exterior color palettes. We match the spec and handle the approvals. Humid summers and spring pollen make late spring through fall the best time for exterior painting.
Residential work is permitted through the City of Alpharetta, and HOA approval is often required before exterior color changes. Drywall Repair projects rarely need a permit on their own, but we confirm before scheduling so nothing stalls mid-job.
Yes. We cover all of Alpharetta and the surrounding Fulton County, including Downtown Alpharetta, Avalon, Windward, Crabapple, in ZIP codes 30004, 30005, 30009, 30022. Send us your address and we'll confirm the schedule for your area.
How many holes or cracks there are, how big they are, whether the texture has to be matched, and how much of the wall needs repainting set the price. The estimate is free and itemized.
Nail holes and small dents are filled. Doorknob holes and larger damage get a piece of new drywall cut in, backed, taped, and finished. Only sections that are soaked, moldy, or crumbling need a larger replacement.
Not when it is finished right. The patch is feathered out wide, the texture is matched to the wall, and the area is primed before paint. Touching up just the patch usually shows, so we repaint the wall corner to corner when it needs it.
Those corners move as the house settles and the seasons change, and a crack that was only filled with spackle opens again. We cut it out, embed new tape, and finish it so the joint can take the movement.
Section / About
We've worked on Alpharetta homes for more than ten years, and a round of wall repairs is one of the simplest things you can do before a sale. Buyers notice walls, even when they don't mention them.
Filling holes and leaving the patches unpainted, or touching up with leftover paint that no longer matches, shows up in every photo. We prime and repaint, so the walls in your Alpharetta home look move-in ready.
