Six trades, one schedule, and one person to call from the first stud to the final coat of paint.
About / Value Proposition
A finished basement pulls in a long list of trades: framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, and paint. Each one waits on the one before it. We run all of it as one project with one point of contact, so you aren't juggling crews or chasing an inspector's date. In Crabapple, Windward, or closer to Avalon, you get a single itemized quote, a schedule that shows which stages wait on inspection, and permits pulled through the City of Alpharetta.
Our basement remodeling comes with a 5-year workmanship warranty.

How we work
One plan carries an Alpharetta basement from bare concrete to a finished room, with each trade arriving in order.
We walk the space with you, talk through rooms, lighting, and a possible bathroom or wet bar, and deliver an itemized quote with a schedule attached.
Framing, electrical, and plumbing go in, inspections are booked, and drywall follows once each stage clears.
Flooring, lighting, and paint complete the space, with daily cleanup along the way and a final walkthrough together.
Brands We Trust
We work with industry-leading paints and materials for a durable, high-quality finish.
“The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.”

“They came highly recommended by friends. They did an outstanding quality of a painting job for us! Super-neat, accurate and professional. It was a lot of rooms to work on and they finished it all in one day! I read in another review that he has got very competitive prices and they gave us the best quote out of all other companies, too. We are so glad we met Sergio and his team because they do all kinds of other jobs [...]”

Yes. Alpharetta is one of our regular service areas, and we schedule basement remodeling year-round. Many Alpharetta communities have active HOAs with approved exterior color palettes. We match the spec and handle the approvals. Humid summers and spring pollen make late spring through fall the best time for exterior painting.
Work that moves plumbing or electrical usually does. Changing finishes within the existing layout usually doesn't. Residential work is permitted through the City of Alpharetta, and HOA approval is often required before exterior color changes. We pull the permits as part of the job.
Yes. We cover all of Alpharetta and the surrounding Fulton County, including Downtown Alpharetta, Avalon, Windward, Crabapple, in ZIP codes 30004, 30005, 30009, 30022. Send us your address and we'll confirm the schedule for your area.
Square footage, whether a bathroom or wet bar is added, ceiling height, and how much moisture work comes first decide it. The estimate is free, written, and itemized, so you can weigh each option against its cost.
That is the first thing we look at. Any sign of water has to be solved before a wall goes up, and the wall and floor materials are chosen to tolerate below-grade conditions. Finishing over a damp basement only hides the problem.
Usually, yes. It comes down to how the drain reaches the sewer line: some basements drain by gravity, and others need a pump system. We assess it during the estimate.
Only with a safe emergency exit, usually an egress window sized to code. If you want the room to count as a bedroom, we plan the egress in from the start.
Section / About
For more than ten years we've served Alpharetta homeowners, and we specialize in whole-basement finishes run as a single project. Framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, and paint are scheduled together, so the basement gets finished without you managing a single crew.
Hiring each trade separately and hoping the calendar lines up is how a basement stalls half-built. We coordinate every crew, book each inspection, and stay your single contact until the Alpharetta job is done.
The people behind every project
